JAY KAY

In 2006, after being requested so many times by his friends, DJ Jay Kay started DJing to entertain their families and friends. Jay Kay has always had a genuine love and appreciation for music, though. In high school, he was dubbed a “concert junkie” and in college he found himself playing in several bands.

In 2011, Jay Kay noticed a huge difference in his events when he started to professionally mix. His use of new tools to manipulate the music and make everything seamless not only made the job much more enjoyable, but also unique for his listeners.  Now, on any given day, you can find Jay Kay at a grand opening, local club, or reception hall, where he is sure to be lighting up the dance floor, crossing genres, and reminding his listeners of the classics they love, all while turning them onto new jams.
