DJ SAVY – KANSAS CITY, MO

Since acquiring turntables in 2006 as a Highschool Sophomore, DJ Savy has come a long way in the entertainment & nightlife industry.

Originally hailing from Minnesota, DJ Savy moved to Lawrence, KS in 2008 to pursue his bachelor and Master degrees from the University of Kansas.  As a Student in Kansas, DJ Savy quickly gained popularity and a positive reputation as a talented, energetic, and eclectic DJ while also producing and promoting some of the best concerts Lawrence has seen alongside the Granada.  Before moving to Kansas City, Savy held the most prestigious residencies at premier clubs & bars in Lawrence such as Tonic, The Cave, & Bullwinkle’s.

Savy’s first major milestone occurred in 2013 when he placed in the top 3 at the local Redbull Thre3styleU DJ competition giving him a reputation as a top party-rock & open-format DJ in the area.  Since moving to Kansas City DJ Savy has played in the most premier venues such as Hotel Nightclub, Angel’s Rock Bar, Shark Bar, McFadden’s, Power & Light Mainstage, Westport Ale House, Club 1000, & World’s of Fun.  Aside from Club and Bar gigs, Savy also plays at many Private events, Corporate Events, & Weddings.  He is known for bringing the highest quality sound & lighting systems in the KC area.  Fun, energetic, & social, Savy is the perfect fit for any event.
