NICHOLAS WONDER

DJ Nicholas Wonder’s passion and foundation for music began early on as he sang in the Cleveland Orchestra Children’s Chorus in grade school. His roots as a DJ were formed in college in New York City where he graduated to a hip hop purist. He debuted as the vocalist for the internationally renowned hip hop/funk band Vitium in 2009.  The band released their debut album ‘Oxygen Planet’ on Goon Trax Records in Japan, highlighted by the hit single ‘Never Looking Back’ which reached #3 on the Japan Itunes Hip Hop Singles Chart.  He has been featured on numerous albums with hip hop artists all across the world.

A graduate of Scratch Academy in New York City, DJ Nicholas Wonder now resides in Jacksonville where he is a resident DJ on the weekends on Jacksonville Beach. Armed with a vast knowledge of music, he has an array of performance experience from DJ’ing clubs and art shows to Crossfit events, to performing sold out shows at the House of Blues with his band.

One of Cleveland Magazine’s Most Interesting People while in Cleveland, Nicholas Wonder’s second full length album Golden Child featured production from legendary hip hop producer Ski Beatz (Jay Z, Mos Def, Camp Lo).

Nicholas Wonder is always making music, whether in the recording booth, or forming new soundwaves while DJing and putting together one of a kind mixes for all to hear.
