JESSICA THE RIPPER – PORTLAND, OR

Originally hailing from Reno/Tahoe arrives high energy, female DJ, Jessica the Ripper. With over 7 years of professional experience under her belt, Jessica has taken her experience of being one of the most popular spinners in Cincinnati, to being the new “IT-DJ” in the Portland night life scene. She is an open format DJ who mixes everything from house, to dubstep, to 80’s hits. Reno Tahoe Magazine said it best, “In a scene full of testosterone, Jessica the Ripper brings a fresh and unique approach to the art.”

Being a female in a predominantly male-driven industry can be tough. After being voted Reno’s #1 Club DJ 2011 by Reno News & Review, Jessica solidified her spot by winning Reno’s Biggest Little City DJ Battle at age 20, hosted by EDGE Nightspot, landing her an opening set for celebrity DJ Spryte as well as residencies all over town.

Jessica has been contracted with JACK CASINO Entertainment and has played for the Human Rights Campaign’s Gala, various RedBull corporate events – including the Kentucky Derby – and was featured on a float in the Cincinnati Reds Opening Day parade.

Jessica the Ripper has opened for celebrity artists such as British multi-platinum recording artist Ellie Goulding, three time Grammy winning group, The Temptations, and God-Des and She, to name a few. Playing with Producers/DJs- Spryte, Loczi Prima Volta, Playboy’s Crystal Harris, the World’s Youngest Core DJ, DJ Baby Chino, Team Bayside High, and many more.
